Alix has been with us in foster care for a few weeks and has come along really well! She is housetrained, walks on a lead, is good with other dogs, and is good with children.
Alix was quite nervous when she first moved in with us, as she came from Romania and hadn’t lived in a house before. She has now developed into a confident and very lively, playful young dog who loves a walk and a cuddle on the sofa. She loves our other dog and likes to snuggle up with him in their basket. She has already been to the beach a few times, and seen both sheep and horses and isn’t bothered by much! She learns very quickly and is quite athletic so she would probably love to do something like agility or similar.
As Alex has loads of energy she would do best in a family home with lots of exercise and activities, and she would prefer to live with another dog to play with. She has been very good with children and all dogs she has met so far however as she can still be a bit nervous in new places and with new people she might do better with children over 8 years old. Alix would prefer a countryside or village home with a garden and lots of walks and playtime!
