Background –

Bambi joined us due to a change in her owner’s living situation.

Character –

Bambi is a very affectionate dog who loves to cuddle, play and have a good belly rub. She is still a bit nervous but is very curious and keen to meet both humans and other animals as to Bambi, everyone is friends!

Inside the home –

Bambi doesn’t currently like to be left alone for long periods and doesn’t like a crate. However, if she could she would spread out in a bed all day and all night!

Outside the home –

Bambi travels well but is a bit nervous when going in and out of the house still as it is early days. When she’s out she loves to dig, run, meet other dogs and play.

Type of home –

Bambi is a youngster so she still requires training. As she’s not yet comfortable being left alone she will need a home where someone is around most of the time to carefully build up her separation tolerance. Bambi has been good with kids so far and is happy relaxing or being active. She would happily stay in bed all day but she has also been very quick and active when out on long tough walks. Bambi has met cats so could live with them with careful introductions. She loves other dogs, they’re all friends in her eyes, so she could happily live with other dogs.

Adopting –

Bambi is in foster care in Weston Super Mare so her potential adopters will need to meet her there.
