Background –

Basil was a much-loved companion when came into our care after, very sadly, his owner died suddenly and he was left with no one to care for him.

Character –

Basil is of course still grieving for his Dad and tends to keep to himself, but does like to come and say hello and hang out once he knows you

Type of home –

Basil does like his walks and loves to mooch around, but is strong on the lead and will need a physically able handler. Although Basil appears friendly, he’s never lived with another dog or kids before and so we are hoping to find an adult, solo dog home for him.

Adopting –

Basil is a resident at our Kennels near Wells and applicants will need to come and meet him here.
