Background – Bella was handed into us with almost no history, but it appears that she is used to living in a home. Bella did move into foster home but we have discovered that she isn’t particularly nice to the other dogs when inside the home (she is growling at them) and so we are hoping to find a more suitable placement for her.
Character – Bella is extremely sweet, affectionate and cuddly with people – you cannot fault her in that aspect.
With other dogs – Bella appears to be fine with other dogs on walks, but inside the house can be growly and jealous with them so we are looking for a solo-dog home.
Type of home – Bella has some health needs which will be addressed by our vets (she has mammary masses) and so we are looking for a foster placement that has capacity to bring her to appointments at Axe Valley Blackford. Bella is suited to a quieter home given that she will need peace to recover well and she is an older lady!
Adoption – We aren’t looking for an adoptive placement for Bella just yet due to the unknown status of her mammary masses, but will be thrilled to find her a foster home.
