Background –
When Blue arrived from the pound as a stray. When he arrived he hadn’t eaten for days. He was too scared and in too much pain to take what was offered. He’s since had a massive dental surgery and the vets whipped out the 19 rotting teeth.
Character –
Blue may be 16 but he’s still active and enjoys getting out and about in the world. He’s been very confident exploring lots of new places since joining us and has taken everything in his stride. He enjoys a cuddle on the sofa and will happily take himself off to bed when he wants a nap. He’s been loving his walks so isn’t quite ready to hang up his lead yet!
Type of home –
Blue is looking for a nice and calm home where he can can go on lovely walks to live out his retirement.
Health –
Blue arrived very underweight and will need to continue gaining weight in his new home. He’s generally healthy but age related conditions are to be expected.
Adopting –
Blue is currently in Cheddar and potential adopters will need to visit him here.
Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).
