Background –
Bob arrived in our care when he had been quarrelling with the other dog in his home. He has spent time in foster care for us to get to know him better.
Character –
Bob is a real little sidekick, he loves his humans and is just happy to hang out with you. He even loves to give kisses when he gets his hair cut! Bob is a calm little boy and settles well during the day if you are working from home or having some down time.
Type of home –
Bob has happily spent time with other small dogs whilst in foster care and has been fabulous with them – he was especially playful and flirty with the little girl dogs! Bob would ideally like company in the day and so would be best suited to a family who work from home or an active retiree – he doesn’t like being left alone and also needs to sleep in the same room as his family at night.
Health –
Bob is a very agile and energetic boy, despite his age – he can go for miles and isn’t slowing down yet. Bob is suspected to have epilepsy and very occasionally has seizures/episodes – he’s had one potential episode (he just looked a bit vacant for a minute or so) since November so they are not frequent at all. Bob doesn’t require any daily medication or special care.
Adopting –
Bob is in foster care in Winterbourne and applicants would need to come and meet him here.
