Background –
Bunny came to us from a local dog warden and went straight into foster care.
Character –
Bunny is a really special little girl, and a typical Chihuahua – sassy, affectionate and absolutely adorable. Bunny’s favourite activities are racing around the secure field, snuggling on the sofa and hiding under the duvet. Bunny is generally super people friendly and will bond quickly, but seems to be more wary of men (she is ok if they speak softly, and soon warms up when they stroke her). Bunny gets on well with other dogs (she has been happy around tiny dogs and Greyhounds alike), but can be a bit snippy when there are treats and toys involved, although this is only very minor.
Type of home –
We would ideally like to find a young, fun family for Bunny – she’s a little pocket rocket when she has a burst of energy and would love a home with people who enjoy walks. Bunny really loves young children and so a family with kids would be a bonus – she is very gentle with them and really enjoyed cuddling up to them on the sofa during nap time. At night, Bunny sleeps in the same room as her foster parents, but is now in her own bed – she would need the same set up her new home.
Adopting –
Bunny is in foster care in Clevedon an applicants would need to come and meet her here.
