    • Active, adult home

Background – Feathers, a lovely young terrier arrived with us a few weeks ago with a relatively unknown history. Feathers was quickly adopted but sadly his adopters were not able to keep him and he was returned to us.
Character – We have found him to be calm, friendly and a really good boy here. Feathers was quite hyperactive and stressed when he first returned but has very quickly settled back to how he was when he originally arrived here which is a happy go lucky little boy!
Type of home – We are looking for a terrier savvy and experienced, fun, active, loving home for this boy. Feathers loves racing around the secure fields here so his own large and secure garden would be ideal to ensure he has an outlet for his energy.
People – Feathers would be best suited to a home with active adults whom have plenty of energy and time.
Dogs and cats – Feathers enjoys the company of other dogs and is used to living with others – he has been a very good boy living with the other dogs at the rescue. Feathers is not cat tested.
Health – Feathers has no known health issues and after putting on some weight is on his way to being fit as a fiddle!
Adoption process – Feathers is a resident at the kennels near Wells. Applicants must be willing to accommodate a home check, vet reference check (where applicable) and a visit to Feathers at the kennels.
