Age: 4 years
Donation: £400
Background – Gracie’s previous owner (an elderly lady who loved her very much) passed away, and whilst her family took Gracie on for a few months, ultimately she wasn’t well suited to a home where she needed to be left due to work patterns.
Character – Gracie loves people and bonds very strongly, she likes a fuss and likes to lay near you, but isn’t a mega cuddly dog. Gracie travels well in the car and is a very good girl on walks so makes a great adventure pal.
With other dogs – Gracie is in a foster home with two Labradors and she was a little unsure of one of them to start with (nervous of their lively play) but has settled. We think she would be happiest with calmer dogs, or as a solo pooch. On walks Gracie is happy to greet other dogs.
Type of home – Gracie needs a home where she doesn’t need to be left alone much, and where she can go for nice walks. Gracie likes children and would be a lovely addition to a family looking to add four paws to the mix! Gracie needs to sleep in with her humans at night.
Health and grooming – Gracie is due to be spayed but otherwise has a clean bill of health and has always been well cared for. Gracie will need grooming regularly due to her coat type and will need brushing at home too.
Adoption – Gracie is in foster care in Bridgwater and applicants will need to come and meet her here.
