Age: 8 years
Breed: Cocker Spaniel
Sex: Female

Background –
Hattie came to us with a very unknown background (but we believe she has been used for breeding) and has been in foster care since she arrived
Character –
Hattie is a typical spaniel (but not a typical 8 year old) – she is incredibly sweet and affectionate, but also very energetic and active. Hattie just loves to have fun and adores people, walkies, toys, cuddles and FOOD! Hattie does have an obsession with birds so is a strictly on-lead pooch.
Type of home –
Hattie will need a home with an equally energetic and active person who is physically able to keep up with her exercise needs and also commit time to her training. Hattie travels well in the car and is always up to joining an adventure, but she is also ok to be left alone for short stints with another dog (she hasn’t been left alone completely). Hattie could live with another dog who is tolerant of a lively Spaniel but she isn’t cat tested so a home without cats is best.
Adopting –
Hattie is a resident at our kennels between Cheddar and Wells, and applicants would need to come and meet her here.
