Background – Layla arrived with us from a breeder, along with 14 other dogs. Layla was placed in foster care along with her friend Netty, but she seems to be much, much further along her journey than the other dogs and is actually rather confident and happy.

Character – Layla is extremely people oriented, she simply adores humans and just wants to cuddle all the time. Layla is a gentle soul and very loving.

Type of home – Layla is looking for a home with people who can spend most of their time with her, as she just wants to be near you so would be best suited to someone who is retired, works from home or who could take her to work with them. Layla can live with or without other dogs (it’s unusual for ex-breeding dogs to be happy as solo dogs but Layla really doesn’t give a hoot about the other dogs in the home and is much more of a people dog). Layla will still need some help with things like learning to walk on the lead etc.

Adoption – Layla is in foster care in Bristol and will be ready to go to her adoptive home in early July, once she has recovered from her neutering and dental which is on 3rd July.
