BACKGROUND
Lady arrived at DF’s from a breeding background. She has since had a spay, dental and a small lump removed from her eye lid. Lady has some hair loss on her tail and ears which is beginning to grow back now she is in a warm, stress free foster home with good quality food.
CHARACTER
Despite everything Lady has endured she is confident, calm and very friendly. Lady is such a loving girl giving great cuddles, she would make a a great companion for someone. Lady gets on well with the other dogs in her foster home and out on her walks, which she loves and can’t wait to have her harness on and jump in the car.
TYPE OF HOME
Lady is looking for a great retirement home where someone is arround for most of the time as she adores human company. Her favourite things are food, cuddling and interesting walks. It would be great for Lady to have another doggy companion but she could also be happy as an only dog in the right home, where there is someone there to give her the attention and love she deserves. As she is such a friendly girl she could live with older sensible children. Sorry, no cats as she would love to chase them!
HEALTH
Sadly it was discovered that Lady has a heart murmur and after a scan at the vets has been put on medication, although she is still very active. She also appears to be hard of hearing but this doesn’t pose any real problems. So Lady is looking for a very special home where they understand her ongoing medical needs and are able to continue with her treatment. In return they will have the most loyal loving girl you could wish for.
