“I was lucky enough to be in the local pet shop when this sweet little girl came in with her fosterer! Mabel had recently retired from breeding. It was love at first sight, I couldn’t stop thinking about her. I applied to adopt Mabel and amazingly she became mine!
 

Mabel has settled in brilliantly, to begin with, she didn’t like leaving the house as I think she was worried she wouldn’t be coming back. It only took her a couple of weeks and now she loves her walks and Mabel is amazing at recall. She loves all dogs and all people, is a joy and every day makes me smile!
 

I already have a Labrador that I rescued 6 years ago and they get on brilliantly.
 

I am so grateful to Dog Friends and all that you do, all the team work so hard.
 

Thank you to Cat who fosters for Dog Friends as she must have done a wonderful job to help Mabel settle into a normal life.
