Maybelline

Background – Maybelline arrived with us with a hideous growth underneath her and needed major surgery – fortunately she has recovered well.

Character – Maybelline takes a while to warm up to people as she can be a little nervous, but is very loving once she gets to know you. We can only imagine she is traumatised by her past so it’s understandable that she needs a little patience.

Type of home and training needs – When she gets her paws under the table she can be a little bossy and so will need an experienced home where the resident dogs are able to accept her strong personality. Maybelline currently shares a kennel with Winter the Husky and is happy with this – they played really well together. Maybelline will need ongoing training with all aspects of being a ‘pet’ dog as she isn’t used to walking on the lead etc yet.

Adoption – Maybelline is a resident at our kennels and applicants will need to come and meet her here.
