Breed: Lurcher and Rottweiler Cross

Donation: £400 for the pair

Background –

Sam and Molly came into the care of Dogs Friends after their owner sadly passed away. They have been much loved pets and we would really like to find them a home together. 

Character –

Sam is a lovely natured older chap who just wants a warm and cosy retirement home. Molly is a little younger so can still be bouncy and energetic.

Type of home –

We don’t think they have been around children so an adult only home or one with sensible older children would be best. Sam is calm and chilled and would love a warm home and a cosy sofa to relax on. Molly seems younger than her given age and will need someone to build up her exercise as she enjoys a good walk. 

Health –

Sam is an older chap so does have some lumps and bumps plus a heart murmur. Molly appears to be in good general health, just a bit out of condition due to limited exercise in the previous home. 

Fostering/Adopting –

Sam and Molly are currently at our kennels between Cheddar and Wells so applicants need to be willing to meet them there.
