Background – Seren arrived with us from a breeding background, and was reported to be a favoured pet of the breeder – she was in good condition and settled well in her foster home. This wonderful girl is starting to come out of her shell, and is even enjoying walks on the beach with her pooch pals!

Character – Seren is a very nervous dog, due to having not been socialised previously where she grew up on a remote farm. Seren is very friendly, affectionate and bonds very quickly – she just wants to be loved. This girl could be described as a ‘velcro dog’ and has become very attached to her foster carer.

Type of home – Seren really needs to live with other dogs, she absolutely wouldn’t cope on her own, much like many ex-breeding dogs. Seren wants a quite life in a calm home – she can become quickly overwhelmed by things that are part of normal, everyday life, but to Seren these new sights and sounds can be scary. Seren needs someone who is around all the time as she just wants to be close to you.

Training needs – Seren needs a home that is very patient, with people who can help her work on her confidence so that she can really enjoy life.
