Background –
Maple and Tianna are part of the large group of dogs we have agreed to help from a breeding premises that is reducing their number of dogs.
Character –
The girls foster carers say “Maple and Tiana are lovely girls who are very affectionate and like to follow us around and give constant kisses! When they first arrived they were very nervous and would run away if we approached them but now they have become lap dogs and are really enjoying fusses and even sofa snuggles. They are great with other dogs and people. We feel like they would love to be homed together as they give each other lots of comfort and are either found snuggled up together or following each other round and they clearly care for each other a lot.”
Type of home –
The girls need a kind and gentle home with people who can help them learn what a happy, loving home and family is all about – they are still getting used to the hang of things like walking on the lead so will need ongoing socialisation and training. The girls really need a family who are affectionate and are happy to have cuddles, but who also like to spend time outdoors (the girls absolutely love running around the secure field off lead). We think the girls would be most happy in a home where they are allowed to sleep upstairs at night as they are a little agitated at bed time.
Adopting –
The girls are in foster care in Nailsea and applicants will need to come and meet them here.
