Background

Toby arrived with us when his owner could no longer keep him. He went straight into a loving foster home

Character

Toby is a loveable fluffball! He is very people-orientated and loves his humans.
He was initially apprehensive when arriving in his foster home, but very quickly bonded with his foster parents. Toby is quiet and settled in the home and has slotted into the household routine well.

Toby loves his walkies, is pretty fit and is playful and bouncy. He loves meeting new humans out and about on walks. He has also been happy to meet other dogs whilst out and about!

He has not been left at home alone yet, so we are unsure if he will settle alone for a few hours. Luckily he travels very well in the car and is ready to join his new family on lots of adventures!

He was a little unsure of how to interact with the resident dogs when he arrived at his foster home and was a bit vocal (and was also a bit snappy), but his foster provided careful introductions and reassurance and he has quickly integrated into the pack. However we do feel it would be best to look for a home without other dogs, to give Toby the best chance at thriving in his new home.

Toby is house-trained and sleeps well at night on his foster carers’ bed alongside his foster brothers and sisters.

Type of home

Toby would thrive in an active family home that can provide him with physical and mental stimulation. He is a true companion dog, is young, fit and healthy and would love to join his family on their adventures!

This gorgeous fluffball has a very thick coat, so will need a family who is willing to keep him nicely groomed and looking sharp.

Toby is such a loving soul that we feel he could happily live alongside sensible and dog-savvy children.

Toby has not been cat tested.

Adopting

Toby is in foster care in Woolavington and successful applicants would need to come and meet him here.
