Age: 1 year

Background – Ziggy arrived with us when his owner was unable to keep him, and was in a bad way with terribly sore skin, cherry eye and various infections including a very inflamed ingrown tail. Ziggy has been in a foster home since 02/09/2023 and until 2 weeks ago was an absolute angel, but is now not getting on with the resident male Bulldog.
Character – Ziggy loves people and is a happy and affectionate boy.
With other dogs – Ziggy is great with other dogs outside of the home, but has been struggling with the resident dog in his foster home.
Current needs – Ziggy needs an adoptive (or foster home) willing to see him through, which includes his outstanding vet treatment. Ziggy is due to be neutered and have his cherry eye assessed on 16th of October and will also need further surgery for his tail soon. This will be carried out by the Dogs Friends nominated vet.
Adoption – Ziggy is in foster care in Weston and applicants will need to meet him here. If you cannot adopt Ziggy, but could help with offering him a new foster placement please complete a fostering application form rather than the adoption form.
