Background: Victor arrived in our care after being used as a stud dog. Fortunately he does not appear too traumatised by his past and is perfectly happy in a home environment.

Character: Victor is a lively boy – a real pocket rocket who wants to get into everything! Victor’s foster Mum describes him as a big affectionate softie who is never happier than when cuddled up with you on the sofa.

Type of home: Victor enjoys his walks, but as with all Frenchies would be best suited to home where he won’t be required to walk miles and miles (although he is very lively). Victor is thriving in a family home and loves people so would really enjoy being part of a family, perhaps with sensible children who can show him lots of gentle affection. Although victor lives with another dog in foster and gets on with most dogs, he has been rather snippy with a few so a home as a solo pooch is best for him.

Adopting: Victor is in foster care in South Gloucestershire/North Bristol and is ready to move on to his adoptive home, so applicants must be ready to proceed. Applicants should be aware that Victor has Luxating Patella.
