Blue has only just arrived so this is a basic assessment to help him find a foster home for further assessment.

Background –

Blue has joined us as an owner surrender.

Character –

Blue is a very scared boy that currently spooks easily, as he’s settled and got to know the kennel staff he has been very affectionate. He’s a very sweet boy who is finding the world a bit scary so he’ll need support with his confidence and training.

Type of home –

Blue will need a quiet home with very secure outside space. He will ideally find an experienced home that can understand his collie needs whilst supporting him in his confidence building. He would probably be best as an only dog initially but could live with another dog subject to successful introductions

Adopting –

Blue is currently in our Kennels (between Cheddar and Wells) and potential adopters will need to visit them here.

Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).
