Handsome Arnie is one of our long term kennels residents. This hunky supermodel of a dog has been with us since Christmas 2022. He has suffered considerable physical and psychological damage due to an unfortunate situation in his previous home. This sadly included physical violence towards him leaving Arnie massively distrustful of humans. 

Arnie has taken lots of time, patience and love from everyone at the kennels and he is now starting to gain trust in the team. He is beginning to seek out human company again. He loves to go out into the field and play, enjoys quiet countryside walks and is now brave enough to take a treat. 

One of our fussiest customers, Arnie will only eat very limited foods – he’s a fan of cocktail sausages, fancy trays of dog food, cold meats and, of course, some treats.
