Background –
Ben came to us when his owner passed away and fortunately went into foster care. It’s obvious that he has been a loved companion!
Character –
Ben is a really cuddly, sweet and well rounded dog. Ben loves people, but will usually make a beline for men over women, and is happy around other dogs, greeting them nicely out on walks.
Type of home –
Ben is happily living with a kind couple and other dogs, but would probably be happy with most set ups. It’s important that he isn’t treated like a toy – he’s a proper little dog who needs daily walks and mental stimulation.
Health –
Although Ben is a more mature dog, he is still very sprightly and in good shape. Please be aware that Chihuahua’s do tend to live longer than many other dogs so Ben hopefully still has plenty of life ahead of him!
Adopting –
Ben is in foster care in Clevedon and applicants would need to come and meet him here.
Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).
