Background –

Blue has joined us as an owner surrender.

Character –

Blue is an affectionate boy who’s favourite thing is to give you a big cuddle. He’s very polite with people he meets and has enjoyed meeting lots of new dogs in foster care. He particular likes to play chase and tussle with other pooches! When he’s not playing he’s working on his cat-walk skills, and we must admit… its a very impressive strut.

When Blue arrived he was very worried and bewildered. He’s still learning lots of new things, like how to climb the stairs, but he grows in confidence every day.

Type of home –

Blue is looking for a calm home that can commit to helping him continue to grow in confidence. He can be a timid boy, surprised by sudden movements, so a adult only home or one with calm older children would be best for him. He can live with or without a canine companion but he isn’t cat tested.

He’s coped very well with being left for short periods in foster care but he’s still working on his car confidence. Once in the car Blue travels well but he needs a little extra reassurance to get in.

Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).
