Background –
Chow Chow joined us as a stray, so little is known about her history
Character –
Chow Chow is a sweet little girl who finds the world a little overwhelming. She is a very loving and affectionate young girl and has really leant on her foster carers for support, primarily through cuddles! She has been fostered in a home with three other dogs and has got along well with them, though she does like her own space. She is a really funny little character and clearly likes the finer things in life. She has a particular taste in dog food, treats, and even kibble!
Type of home –
Chow Chow is nervous to begin with and would prefer a nice, calm household. She enjoys going out for walks and having a laze on the sofa. She can live with or without canine companions. She’s being fostered with other dogs, which she is enjoying now she’s come out of her shell. She loves her humans and enjoys her space, so we think she would prefer calm pooch companions. Chow Chow does like to be around people so she would not like to go to a home where she will be left for long periods.
Adopting –
Chow Chow is in foster care in Nailsea and potential adopters will need to meet her here.
Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).
