Background –

Gypsy has joined us from a pet home when his owner had to move away.

Character –

Gypsy is a friendly and affectionate chap who loves  a cuddle on the sofa. The only thing he likes more than a bit of fuss is his toys, especially the squeaky ones! He greets visitors with a little dance on his back legs and cements the friendship by bringing you one of his toys to share. 

Gypsy has been clean in the house, sleeps through the night in his own bed and can be left for short periods of time. 

Although Gypsy generally walks nicely on lead he can get frustrated when he sees other dogs. He’s been fine with other dogs off lead though.

Type of home –

As Gypsy is very people orientated he would ideally like someone around most of the time to provide plenty of cuddles and sofa snuggles. 

Gypsy likes to potter in the garden and enjoys a walk but won’t need a huge amount of exercise. A trip out in the car, a bit of a stroll and a visit to a cafe would probably be his sort of thing. 

Although he is generally sweet and affectionate, Gypsy doesn’t like being groomed. We hope that with a confident and patient groomer this may improve in time.
