Background

Minnie was an unclaimed stray so very little is known about her past.

Character

Minnie is a lovely affectionate girl who loves a cuddle and playing with her toys. She is very intelligent and active.
Minnie is a really good girl in the home, is house trained and can be left with no problems. She can be nervous with visitors or new people but given time Minnie will soon treat them as a best friend.

Type of home

Minnie will need a quiet home, preferably rural, with a secure garden to explore and play in.

It seems Minnie hasn’t been well socialised in her former years and finds busy areas too over stimulating. She will react by barking at other dogs and people when out walking.

Hence the need for a good sized garden to run, jump and have fun in!

We’re hoping with a quiet lifestyle Minnie will be able to relax and enjoy life.

Minnie will need a dedicated home with someone prepared to help her overcome some of her fears but without having too many high expectations of her.

Someone to treasure her for what she is a loving, loyal girl!

Adopting

Minnie is a resident at our kennels near Wells and Cheddar, and applicants would need to visit her here.
