Background –

Pepper has always been a much loved companion, but sadly his owner became too unwell to care for him and her family asked us to help find him a new home.

Character –

Pepper is still very sprightly and playful, despite his age – he’s a real character and absolutely loves people!

Type of home –

Pepper will need a good walk each day as he’s still active – he does need to be walked on a harness with extra straps though as he is an escape artist. He doesn’t like the car at all so will need a home where there are minimal travel requirements! We are looking for a home without other dogs and with no small children!

Health –

Pepper is neutered and has been to our vets – he is in very good health for his age and is still very fit and energetic. Pepper does have some bladder weakness which the vet has attributed to his age, which does occasionally (a couple of times a week) mean that he has a little accident in his sleep.

Adopting –

Pepper is in foster care in Bristol and applicants would need to come and meet him here.
