14 Jan Goodbye Reggie
Today we had to say goodbye to our Reggie, a 10-year-old Shar Pei x Rottweiler. When Reggie first joined us, he was a highly damaged dog who was clearly deeply traumatized by his previous life. Over time, Reggie began to trust the team he knew, who persevered with him and gave him the time and space he needed. Due to Reggie’s behaviour, he was not able to be rehomed, so he remained a resident at our kennels for many years.
Recently, his health took a turn for the worse, and it was agreed that the kindest thing would be to let him go. So today, we would like to take a moment to honour and remember Reggie.
