Background - A little bit about the situation or background this dog has come from. Are they from a breeder or an owner surrender? etc

Character -are they affectionate, nervous, aggressive, reactive to people. Do they jump up or growl? How do you think they will be with kids and older or younger children?

Interactions with other dogs - how were they on lead? how were they when off lead in the fields? are they friendly, neutral, reactive or aggressive?

Cats and other animals - Do you know how they are around cats and other animals?

Excercise - What are their energy levels like? How do they walk on and off the lead? What toys and games do they like?

Do they have any 'undesirable' behaviours or any great behaviours?.
