Welcome Scruffy – November 2024

We’re pleased to welcome Scruffy who is joining our group of sponsored dogs.

Scruffy came to us in December 2021 and was adopted, but very sadly was completely unexpectedly returned to our care in July 2022. Scruffy has several health issues that must be managed daily, including Cushing’s and an underactive Thyroid. Unfortunately poor Scruffy has also recently gone blind so he’s slowly learning to navigate life without his vision. This has been quite a change for Scruffy but his wonderful foster family are helping him to find confidence again.

Despite his underactive thyroid, Cushings Disease, diabetes and blindness Scruffys tail is always wagging and he loves a good game of tug of war, destroying balls and cuddly toys!  ❤
