Background –

Ted came to us due to a change in circumstances, from a busy family home where he had live with other dogs and children.

Character –

Ted is a cuddly 7 year old Bichon cross that loves his humans. Ted has been known to become jealous if other dogs are getting attention in the home – he isn’t a fan of sharing his foster parents with two other dogs in the home.

Outside the home –

Ted is friendly with everyone he meets and copes well in crowds so is a nice companion dog.

Type of home –

Ted would suit a variety of peoples set ups, anyone that is happy to give plenty of attention and cuddles! Due to his jealousy with other dogs, we would prefer to place Ted in a home without any other pooches! Ted would like a home that can help him with his training – he’ll need to go back to basics as other than lead walking, his training appears to have been fairly minimal. Ted sleeps well at night but he can become anxious if he can’t see you so he will need to sleep in with his new family to avoid sleepless nights all round!

Health –

Ted has a cough which is improving and does not affect his quality of life. Ted has been seen by our vets who aren’t sure about what has caused this cough.

Adopting –

Ted is in foster care in Clevedon and applicants will need to come and meet him here.
