Background

Hank has joined us from the pound after being handed into the vet as a stray.

Character

Hank is a very affectionate, bouncy boy, who loves cuddles! He is a typical big puppy. He’s food motivated, keen to learn, and takes everything in his stride, even though his start to life has been so unsettled. Due to his unsettled start, Hank does pull on lead and needs training and socialisation, although he has mastered the perfect ‘Paw’. He’s been loving his recent trips in the car, watching the world go by.

Type of home

Hank needs a stable, experienced home. Due to his bouncy nature, we’re looking for a home without young children on this occasion. We do not know what Hank will be like in the home, and his new owners need to be prepared to show him the ropes. Hank is a big boy, already weighing 53 kgs, so his new owners must be confident handlers. It is expected that Hank will be at least 65 kgs when fully grown.

Adopting

Hank is a resident at our Kennel and potential adopters will need to meet him here.

Our catchment area for rehoming is Somerset and the local surrounding areas (such as Bristol, Bath, Weston Super Mare and Wiltshire).
